Of course Vibe is cooler for at least 72 reasons
I don't know, Vibe represents that ugly era of JLA history that, in my sad little brain, was part of the reason Crisis on Infinite Earths was written in the first place. On the other hand, who the hell is Vibraxis?
I guess Vibe is cooler just because he at least introduced himself to me.
Now, if you introduced Shocker (original, never used, name, "Vibrator") into the mix, maybe we'd have a horserace.
Vibe is cooler by virtue of not ever being a member of Fantastic Force.
