The readers would lose.
After the readers lost, I'd say that Batman would have his butt whipped but would come back with an ingenious method to defeat the mindless muscle.
If Venom still has issues with sonics and fire, then Batman wins quickly and easily. Once the symbiote is gone, Man-Bat's not tough. Especially since his bat-hearing ought to put him in danger from supersonics as well.
Venom wins if and only if he happens to mention that he was once called "Lethal Protector," and Batman laughs himself to death.
