Xavier's Mansion gets blown up more.
The Inhumans.
But the Inhumans are always moving around between the Himmalayas and the moon (the commute would be awful).
Cleaning up after the Inhumans, even just the Royal Family...you got Medusa leaving hair all over, Karnak and Gorgon are always breaking stuff, Triton probably leaves puddles everywhere...and then there's Lockjaw. A two-ton dog -- that seals the deal right there. Whatever kind of mess you have at Xavier's, it can't be worse than that.
On the other hand, Xavier's last "housekeeper" was Moira MacTaggart, and look where she ended up.
I would rather vacuum Beast's hair out of the couch, pick up allt he feathers Angel has molted and mop up Iceman's puddles ... than clean up after Lockjaw during one walkie.
being the maid for the inhumans would mean being totally servile to the royal family, and sharing housing with the alpha primitives. the x-men seem like a much more casual, easy-going buncha folks, relatively speaking.
The Inhumans. At least with them I'm unlikely to end up as the sacrificial lamb killed off to lend false gravitus to this quarter's BIG IMPORTANT CROSSOVER EVENT(tm).
The Inhumans are less annoying and angsty, but I might die if Black Bolt snores.
