1. Boring, as he keeps slipping off to "go to the bathroom," or embarising, as he keeps tripping people who turn out to be pickpockets, or life threatening, but allieviated by the appearence of Batman, so that kind of makes up for it.
2. Alfred.
3. Not anymore. He was as famous as a circus performer could be when he was with the Haley Brothers circus, and he had some noteriety as the kid Bruce Wayne adopted when it happened, but now he's the answer to trivia pursuit questions and appears in segments of "I Love the 80s."

5 Bruce Wayne. I mean, really, how many newspaper reporters could you recognize on site? Now, how many millionaire playboys who regularly appear in the tabloids?
6. Luthor. He was the fricken President, and before that, he was the savior of both Metropolis and Gotham, and now he's the most wanted man in the world.
7. A tie, but not with the same people. The kind of people who care about crime, order, and the fine line between superheroes and vigilantism are not the same people who care about who's dating Katie Holmes.
