Which superhero had the dorkiest job?

Is it Hal Jordan, selling insurance?

Wally West, working for the IRS?

Which superhero had the dorkiest job?

Are we talking DC or Marvel or both? In DC, I'd probably go with Wally West. In Marvel, I'd have to go with Kurt Wagner when he was with the circus.

Now that there's a superhero with a secret identity as a male model, I don't think there's any contest.

Before that happened, the dorkiest profession for a superhero civilian identity was comic book artist.

One thing that always gets me about a famous Silver Age hero is how totally *non* dorky his secret identity job is.

You'd think there'd be an exchange like this at some point:
"There goes puny Parker, off to work! Where's your job, bookworm? The library, I bet!"
"Actually, Flash, you're off the mark."
"Oh yeah? So what is your job, then?"
"Combat photographer."
"...oh. Well, uh, see you around, I got football practice...."

I can't believe nobody's yet mentioned Wonder Woman's stint selling fast food. On top of being the dorkiest job ever, it resulted in a comic-book rarity: An ugly (and dorky) cover by Brian Bolland. Ugh.

Also Nova worked at fast food... and he was more time around in costume than at work...

But the dorkiest for me is multibillionaire...
